These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between

, a company registered in England and Wales, and its clients. By placing an order for products or services ("Services"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

3.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Menomoney Ltd. Any variation or conflicting terms proposed by the Client are excluded unless agreed in writing.
3.2 Menomoney Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Services following changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The Client agrees to:
4.1 Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
4.2 Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to data protection.
4.3 Refrain from using the Services for unlawful purposes.
4.4 Make timely payments as agreed in the order form or payment schedule.
4.5 Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided by Menomoney Ltd.
5.1 All fees are outlined in the order form or confirmed in writing. Payment must be made as agreed, without deductions.
5.2 For payment plans, payments are due on the agreed dates. Late payments may incur a late payment charge of
1.5% per month
on outstanding balances.
5.3 Menomoney Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if payments are overdue by more than
20 days
.
5.4 Refunds are available only as specified under the cooling-off and cancellation terms.
6.1
Cooling-Off Period:
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Client has the right to cancel within

of placing the order.
6.2
Immediate Access to Services:
If the Client accesses services or digital content immediately, they waive their right to cancel under the cooling-off period.

Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations made within the cooling-off period will be issued within

using the same payment method.

No Refunds After Cooling-Off Period:

9.1 Menomoney Ltd retains ownership of all intellectual property related to its training materials, methods, and resources.
9.2 The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials strictly for personal or internal business use.
9.3 The Client may not copy, share, or distribute Menomoney Ltd’s materials without written permission.
10.1 Menomoney Ltd does not guarantee specific outcomes from its services.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from negligence.
10.3 Menomoney Ltd’s total liability for any claims will not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the preceding
12 months

11.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Client may seek alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or file a claim in the courts of England and Wales.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technical failures. The affected party must notify the other party promptly and take steps to mitigate the impact.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of
England and Wales
. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Menomoney Ltd may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or business practices. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, along with any associated order form or written agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Menomoney Ltd, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
